Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne and Düsseldorf

From all corners of Germany come our models, but also our customers. We help our customers from the fashion, automotive, electronics, hotel, real estate and many other industries to find the ideal model for their next campaign. The job of a model agency is very demanding, you are responsible for many people and therefore also a kind of team leader. Whether it’s about jobs, briefings for castings, travel planning, but also the production of daily updated photos and videos is part of the job. The internship is quite challenging and therefore you as a student intern should always be highly motivated and have a desire for the job. But you should already have a certain interest in the fashion world!

How long does a student internship last?

The length of student internships varies greatly depending on the school and the type of school. Some student internships only last a few days, they are intended as a trial day for orientation. Other schools often require a two-week internship by spending 14 days in the company and learning practically what it means to work with customers and to work together with other people in a team.

Do you need previous knowledge for the student internship?

Working for a few days or weeks in a model agency as a student is especially good to inform you for your later studies or vocational training. No special previous knowledge is expected from you! The most important thing is that you are motivated yourself and feel like getting a taste of the job. The work is very often on the computer. You work with e-mails, graphics programs but also with spreadsheets like Excel. Planning and coordination in particular are part of this job.

How do I apply for a student internship?

Of course, the application for a student internship does not have to be as extensive as the application for a job. If you are applying for a normal job, you should usually have a cover letter, font size 10, on a DIN A4 page. You should have a resume for that. Here should be listed chronologically what you have done so far. The academic curriculum vitae covers everything from school and university studies to professional careers, i.e. internships and jobs.

If you want to apply as a student trainee, a few short lines in which you introduce yourself are enough. Write something about yourself, your hobbies and why you would like to work in a model agency! Your cover letter should definitely include your contact details, i.e. your full address, telephone number and e-mail address. Don’t forget to also enter the period you want to complete the student internship. Afterwards you send everything to the respective model agency. If you want to apply specifically for our model agency, you will find the contact details in the main menu!
